Virtual posters

Authors of contributed papers can present their posters in a Virtual form.

We encourage you to check all posters and prepare in advance your questions for authors, using the Google-form: https://forms.gle/4fnEXYC8HGgn4gSn8

Poster sessions schedule:

(1) Tuesday, August 25, 18:30-20:00 CET. Presentation/discussion for posters No. 1-30.
(2) Thursday, August 27, 18:10-20:00 CET. Presentation/discussion for
posters No. 31-61.

The Poster Sessions will consist of:

1. Short 3 min presentations (optional);
2. Q&A and discussion. Questions can be asked i) through the google-form, ii) live (using the "raise your hand" feature), and iii) using Webex Chat.

We kindly ask all poster authors to be present on-line during the poster session in order to answer to potential questions. Thank you!

Since the posters will be viewed only electronically, authors are free to compose their poster in the form they choose, for instance: static, dynamic, single-page, multiple-page etc.
The participants that choose to present their posters Virtualy on the website,
should prepare two files for upload:

1) the poster in PDF format with maximum allowed file size of 5 MB.
2) the image that that will be used as thumbnail in poster gallery, for better presentation. Please choose a representative image (e.g. graph) and make a JPG file with height of 200 px.

The PDF and JPG files should be uploaded using the Form below.
The uploaded PDF file should corespond the accepted contributed paper.
List of accepted contributed papers (posters) can be found here.

Please note the serial number of your poster (deisignated No.) in the list of posters and use it for upload.

The deadline for uploading Virtual posters is August 17^th, 2020.

During the poster sessions, there is a possibility to have a 3 min presentation for each poster. If you are willing to use this possibility, please notify the organizers until August 17.
